I don't know. I think he had a $500K signing bonus and $750K of his salary for the year is guaranteed. I don't know how that translates with all the rules and cap and stuff.

My guess is that if the Cowboys cut him before the start of the season, they will only owe him $375K ($500K - 1/4 for the suspension). I don't know how the $750K guaranteed salary would work.

PUP is just a distinction from IR based on the timing of the injury but both relate to injury. Is the assumption that he is lying to the team? I don't get it.

Until we make that move is just speculation. People are worried about the Cowboys. ....they are scared. They see a top 5 offense with a upgraded defense on all levels. We are a physical team that pounds on opponents, we don't back down and we play 60 minutes. Teams watched an undrafted rookie in Collins destroy a LBer 20 yard down field and didn't stop until the whistle blew. Add that to our 3 all pro lineman and defenses can't control us, Romo can't beat them with time, you blitz and get beat with Dez, Beasley, Williams and Witten.

I expect more made up lies beefier the season.

Can we even make that move yet? No point in even making that decision right now
