He did make some plays. He's a smart player who compensates some for this arm not being very strong with his football IQ. He processes the field, probably better than Dak and many other QBs with stronger arms, he just can't make all the throws. There are times when the windows are tight and you've got to squeeze the football in there, and that's not his strength. He's a good backup because of his mind for the game.
Those who were calling for him to remain the starter when Dak returned are equally as ridiculous as those who think Dak is above all criticism.
