The Flacco Eagles-Jets trade was a week before the trade deadline in 2021 after the Eagles signed him as an unrestricted free agent the off-season before. Not at all sure where you are going with that since it had nothing to do with a trade between the deadline and the start of the next offseason.

It’s obvious Lance hasn’t developed. He’s ended up the third QB with his last two teams. If he was showing any promise he would be starting next Monday Night. The QB the Cowboys are adding may get a start before Lance. It appears it’s going to be musical chairs at QB the rest of the season. This is life without Dak. We’re going to have to find a quality backup during the offseason.

It's going to be ugly. Texans are pissed after squandering the game to Detroit last night. This could be a 30 point beat down.

Not to mention it's Dallas. Living in Houston, I can tell you there is not another team in the NFL that the Texans hate more than the Cowboys, not even the Titans who stole the Houston Oilers. If they can put up a 100, they will. There will be no mercy or taking the foot off the gas. They will do everything they can to embarrass the Cowboys. I expect it will be a beat down worse than any other this season.

I don't know if that's true. They did replace Rush yesterday. My guess is Rush's leash isn't all that long.
