Have zero explanation for how poor he looked compared to his more than acceptable game manager skillset he showed just 2 short years ago.

Don't know what happened to that guy but would appreciate if he could make a return visit just so the scores aren't so lopsided.

Wow,
I guess I'm rooting for less embarrassing losses while accepting that they will be losses all the same.

Gotta be careful I don't become a product of this environment too.
My gosh I hope we aint lookin at Campo ball again for the next 3-4 years which is what I fear.

Geez.

Say what you will about Dak (playoff choke artist, garbage time stat padder, most overpaid player in NFL history compared to his ability, FAT AND OUT OF SHAPE, noodle armed, runs like a 60 year old man, mentally slow, lazy, etc)

And while all that may be true, he at LEAST deserves to be on an NFL roster (ideally as a backup, or as one of the lowest paid starters considering he's around the 25th best QB in the league).

The team will NEVER win a single thing with Dak, even if you gave him 100 years at his prime to do it.

But Cooper Rush..... you might as well go grab your dentist or accountant, throw a jersey on him, and put him out there.

At least Dak can pad meaningless stats in 4th quarter against prevent defenses....Cooper Rush can't even do that.

Who cares though. They both comPLETELY suck....just to different degrees, with different paychecks.

It was the playcalling that limited Rush's ability to stretch the field.
But he managed the game. He made bad plays with the fumbles, but that happens.
Still the Cowboys were in the game.
If McCarthy had allowed him to stretch the field with the passing game they might have won.
Ceedee said that. He said the offense didn't do anything to help Rush. He said it. I believe it. He was there.

But nobody and his brother thought the cowboys would win.

He didn't look much different. Winning blinds people.

Yeah, I think my prescription glasses are okay. His 4-1 film of 2 years ago even in his one stinker against Philly in a loss was no where near the ineptitude displayed last Sunday.
Respectfully disagree.

But regardless, he ain't good enough.

Trolling again?
He was horrible.
Trey looked much better.
exactly. My eyes saw what they saw. He looked unprepared and untalented. A complete zero and a major disappointment. Cooper Rush is a good exhibit of why the NFL should not expand. There aren't enough QBs with even marginal talent to fill out NFL rosters.

Except for CeeDee losing the ball in the sun, the Cowboys would have been leading at the end of the first half.
The Eagles got a turnover, but other than that Rush kept their offense forced to drive the length of the field to score.
It makes a difference, and our defense responded by holding the Eagles pretty well.
Rush did make the Cowboys a better team.
But, the momentum the Eagles gained at the end of the first half and beginning of the third quarter was too much to overcome with McCarthy continuing to be ultra conservative with the offense.

Cool story.... but other Cowboys quarterbacks don't get the benefit of what the receivers didn't do. They get blamed for it all. So Rush is to be blamed for this loss as well.

Since McCarthy and the rest of his coaching staff that was in place for the Eagles game is still in place can we assume Monday night will be more of the same from Rush? And to add insult to injury, the Texans’ defense is better than Philly’s.

Hopefully McCarthy won't hold the offense back as much next game.
