I'm sorry, what?
Given the circumstances he came in under. I stand by what I posted. Did anyone expect some miracle comeback.Trey was just as bad, let's be real...
Really? Have you watched the games this year? The results were just as horrible. Neither one is a NFL starting caliber QB. It will be a miracle if we win three more games. Injured Dak is better than those two.
He didn't look much different. Winning blinds people.Have zero explanation for how poor he looked compared to his more than acceptable game manager skillset he showed just 2 short years ago.
Don't know what happened to that guy but would appreciate if he could make a return visit just so the scores aren't so lopsided.
Wow,
I guess I'm rooting for less embarrassing losses while accepting that they will be losses all the same.
Gotta be careful I don't become a product of this environment too.
My gosh I hope we aint lookin at Campo ball again for the next 3-4 years which is what I fear.
Geez.
Yeah, I think my prescription glasses are okay. His 4-1 film of 2 years ago even in his one stinker against Philly in a loss was no where near the ineptitude displayed last Sunday. He didn't look much different. Winning blinds people.
exactly. My eyes saw what they saw. He looked unprepared and untalented. A complete zero and a major disappointment. Cooper Rush is a good exhibit of why the NFL should not expand. There aren't enough QBs with even marginal talent to fill out NFL rosters.Trolling again?
He was horrible.
Trey looked much better.
Except for CeeDee losing the ball in the sun, the Cowboys would have been leading at the end of the first half.
The Eagles got a turnover, but other than that Rush kept their offense forced to drive the length of the field to score.
It makes a difference, and our defense responded by holding the Eagles pretty well.
Rush did make the Cowboys a better team.
But, the momentum the Eagles gained at the end of the first half and beginning of the third quarter was too much to overcome with McCarthy continuing to be ultra conservative with the offense.
Bingo!Ceedee said that. He said the offense didn't do anything to help Rush. He said it. I believe it. He was there.
But nobody and his brother thought the cowboys would win.

Since McCarthy and the rest of his coaching staff that was in place for the Eagles game is still in place can we assume Monday night will be more of the same from Rush? And to add insult to injury, the Texans’ defense is better than Philly’s.It was the playcalling that limited Rush's ability to stretch the field.
But he managed the game. He made bad plays with the fumbles, but that happens.
Still the Cowboys were in the game.
If McCarthy had allowed him to stretch the field with the passing game they might have won.
Hopefully McCarthy won't hold the offense back as much next game.Since McCarthy and the rest of his coaching staff that was in place for the Eagles game is still in place can we assume Monday night will be more of the same from Rush? Rustybournehorse and Coogiguy had "feelings" that Dallas would beat the Eagles. But nobody and his brother thought the cowboys would win.
Get some Georgia Moonshine to mix with itI’ll take a gallon of that Arkansas blue koolaid, too.
the cowboys will never win anything with Jerry. Dak has been here 9 years. our futility of sucking in post season is 30 years and running. you put mahomes here and we fail in post season. you put mahomes on current team and we win one more game at most.Say what you will about Dak (playoff choke artist, garbage time stat padder, most overpaid player in NFL history compared to his ability, FAT AND OUT OF SHAPE, noodle armed, runs like a 60 year old man, mentally slow, lazy, etc)
And while all that may be true, he at LEAST deserves to be on an NFL roster (ideally as a backup, or as one of the lowest paid starters considering he's around the 25th best QB in the league).
The team will NEVER win a single thing with Dak, even if you gave him 100 years at his prime to do it.
But Cooper Rush..... you might as well go grab your dentist or accountant, throw a jersey on him, and put him out there.
At least Dak can pad meaningless stats in 4th quarter against prevent defenses....Cooper Rush can't even do that.
Who cares though. They both comPLETELY suck....just to different degrees, with different paychecks.
he was inept, but it was hidden from casual fans who look at final record and make declarations. was it Philly 45 yards bad? no, but he did have a game he threw for 76 yards and we won because defense gifted them 10 points. the Rush led offense was 22nd or worse in every offensive category. that's pretty bad. yeah, not 45 yards of passing bad, but that's bad.Yeah, I think my prescription glasses are okay. His 4-1 film of 2 years ago even in his one stinker against Philly in a loss was no where near the ineptitude displayed last Sunday.
Respectfully disagree.
But regardless, he ain't good enough.
It was more than shocking. However, for a 6 year veteran QB to have the game Rush did was pretty shocking especially having CeeDee as one of his receivers.
Because fumbles aren't momentum changing? Just stop dude was terrible Mike McCarthy. That part was bad.
But he didn't give the Eagles any momentum changing interceptions.
You can say what you want, but the Cowboys had a chance to win that game.
So it wasn't all bad.
Yet CeeDee told us why.It was more than shocking.
