Like it or not, there might not be WR or a CB available that the team is interested in taking in round 1. That’s why I think Kinkaid is going to be a target. Especially if OBJ is added in FA as many expect.
Kincaid, Meyer, Washington, or Musgrave along with OBJ would immediately upgrade our offense to elite weaponry. We have not discussed the 3rd round running back that replaces Zeke yet. Come on Jerrah time to open the purse strings.

Really what if the Cowboys sign OBJ? Addison would not see the field.
I’d be ecstatic if we got both.

You need 3 quality starters and it would create mismatch nightmares for the opposing defense.

Plus OBJ will likely be short term.

A wide receiver is not going to put this team over the top.

They did that because jones wasn’t a true #1. It was clear he wasn’t good enough.
Who is Jones, do you mean Smith?

Regardless not sure that’s accurate. They probably view them as 1a and 1b.

Hmmm...not sure I like him over a couple of the guys after him, but I'd take him over Downs (who goes ahead of him).

I could live with it it’s a need theire sits Torrance and Kancey so distract breaks my heart a contradiction

Sorry Smith.

They have been trying to get a true #1 for years and have been blowing the picks. Smith was supposed to be that guy and when it was obvious he was a #2 they traded for the Philly guy.

So after a rookie season of 900+ yards it was “obvious he wasn’t that guy”? Yea, Strongly disagree.

They saw an opportunity to continue to add weapons and trade for Brown and did it. I don’t think they cared who was the 1 - they got 2 studs.

We could learn from them but Jerry and co are clueless.

Yes, it was obvious. Obvious to me and obvious to them. Too slight and more of a deep threat. Perfect opposite a #1, but not good enough to be a true #1.

If it wasnt obvious then why did they trade for Brown? They knew. They werent winning with Smith as their #1.
