Harris just signed w Phill for 1/5, so these two had better be half that or close.

Hooker is by far the best option especially as a single high Safety. But you gotta be able to be on the field. Injuries have killed his career thus far.

Hooker had hip surgery when he was draft eligible, tore his ACL and MCL in his right knee his rookie season, tore his meniscus in his left knee in 2019, and tore an Achilles last year. He's played 36 of a possible 64 games in his career. As much as I loved him as a player when he was in the draft, I would stay a million miles away from him. The guy cannot stay healthy.

He would have to sign a cheap deal.
