I think Carr also leads the league in passes defensed.
I knew we were going to miss him.

One thing about Carr. He wasn't perfect, but he was always there. Never missed a start for us. Now we have guys who can't even make it through a few practices without pulling up lame.
From what I recall, it seemed like he was being over aggressive/trying for the kill shot than technique.Cornerback is the most oft-injured position in the NFL. Carr never missing a start in 5 years is incredible for a CB and I would rank it up there with Favre's streak. But, it doesn't mean he was that great.
From what I've re-watched of the game, the corners weren't bad except for Carroll who left the game early. Byron played terrible, but he was dealing with a groin injury. Heath was even worse so I don't know what his excuse is. Jaylon struggled, but he wasn't nearly as bad as Heath.

On that 3rd and 11, he sees the passes to CJ but flies in with too much speed and CJ goes to his side.
He slipped one play that led to a TD(?) after having a good play contesting the pass over the middle.
And then tried to do the Wilcox special by trying the "hit stick" instead of wrapping up on CJ another time, which failed.
And, I think that's all I remember. Trying to clear that game out of my head
Even if he's good, we don't need him at this point. We have a bunch of young safeties who need to play.
I'm for it if it means we end up sending Carroll packing. He is garbage.
