If the Lions had beat the Chiefs two years in a row in the playoffs. Then yes. However, I do not think the Jaguars are better than the Cowboys just because they beat them last year. That was a fluke just like the Lions beating the Chiefs off a dropped pass that turned into a pick six.

While the Cowboys looked pretty good yesterday, at least on Defense, the Offense is still TBD due to not having to do too much, I'm still holding any reservations about expectations due to watching the 49ers dismantle the Steelers. They still demonstrate the physicality that has caused major problems for the Cowboys. They are the most balanced and physical team in the Conference if not the NFL. We didn't get to see much of the Cowboys Offense last night to get a good read on their status. We should get a better read in the coming weeks leading up to the Week 5 matchup at the 49ers.

Im sticking to the opinion that if we can get a lead and we can move the chains this version of the Cowboys can beat the 49ers. We've upgraded this roster to specifically counter the 49ers: to stop (or at least hinder) the run, and the TCO ability to play a well managed game. I still worry whether we have the offense to come back late.....so lets get the points on early.
