Is it on the LBer or the DE to contain the qb?
You claimed Jaylon was playing both (QB and RB)….which one is it?

You’re pivoting now .
I do like, how a simple play action bootleg to the right, is all of a sudden some kind of amazing play design
That’s what I find funny.
as if this isn’t one of the oldest plays in football. Lol
Haterz.
Yep….Rams were right back at it again with the same stuff they been killing us with smh.I know. It's frustrating to watch. Was it last year? I remember week 1 against the Rams. They were killing us on the edge. Good Lord, this is basic stuff.
I mean it’s preseason…I don’t expect effort. I’m afraid it’s something much more than effort. That might be Jaylon’s effort….The worst part of the play was not getting beat at the LOS. It was the effort after he got beat. Effort is his biggest issue.
Hilarious…..joe looney could put the number 9 on and move faster than that.

Now ask yourself, how would have Jaylon approached/handled each of these same plays?
Doesn't matter he still needed to make the right read which he seldom does. He needed to follow the RB to the flats.
It's funny to me how fickle some fans are. Parsons will make one nice play and fans will fawn over him. Jaylon made a really nice play in this game and fans are focused on the one he didn't make.
I guess the narrative has been set on Smith while Parsons has the benefit of being new and fresh. I'm hoping that all of our linebackers will be successful and don't expect any of them to never get beat or fooled.
You are right, but bad plays like this has been happening to Smith a lot. I really want him to silence all the critics and become the same linebacker he was in 2018. I don't like criticizing the guy at all because he's a great person with a tremendous work ethic. I like Jaylon Smith. But I don't like to see him play poorly.
