Does it include water? I kid, I kid.
lol at her having domestic skills. Good oneAfter going through the pics the only thing I didn't like in the house was the kitchen. If Draya has any kind of domestic skills, she's gonna gut that kitchen.
Waste of money....California=overrated
No you're not. Cali is quickly becoming a desert.Does it include water? I kid, I kid.
I love Tarzana, used to live right down the road but it does get hot there
2 mill for a house there is nothing, surprised it wasn't more.
I just looked it up, Scandrick has made about 7MM so far and gets 5MM in salary this season. He has to have endorsement deals too, 2MM out of that is pretty tame.
I wasn't even comparing how much he spent vs how much he makes really. Just saying that a house that size in that location should be quite a bit more than what he paid. He got a steal as far as I am concerned
Yeah, there's some kind of disconnect between the house pictured above and the 1200 sq ft tract homes going for $650,000 on Flip or Flop.
this house is 2.8m....he already has a house he is trying to sell for 1.75m...subtract Uncle Sam and it is getting a little tightI just looked it up, Scandrick has made about 7MM so far and gets 5MM in salary this season. He has to have endorsement deals too, 2MM out of that is pretty tame.
In This Thread: A lot of people that can't afford nice property in California. Myself included.
And it's all choppy. How do you have two islands in the kitchen? Terrible layout.
Yeah, 7 mil minus 30 percent and whatever he's already spent...doubt he gets another big payday in the NFL. Hope he has a plan after football. Not sure what taxes and insurance are on a 2 million home in CAthis house is 2.8m....he already has a house he is trying to sell for 1.75m...subtract Uncle Sam and it is getting a little tight
Homes are investments, it is one of the largest investments that most Americans ever make.Another torn knee and that house goes up on Century 21. Why not invest and save? Love the kid, but he isn't immortal.

but he's still trying to sell a $1.7mil house - so while that will "come back to him" - it's also money he's spent. wg said his daughter is likely pulling it in also so hopefully he's just not spending cause it's there.I just looked it up, Scandrick has made about 7MM so far and gets 5MM in salary this season. Good woman...
