I just left the area and it's absolutely beautiful in my opinion. And alot cheaper!

I just looked it up, Scandrick has made about 7MM so far and gets 5MM in salary this season. He has to have endorsement deals too, 2MM out of that is pretty tame.

I wasn't even comparing how much he spent vs how much he makes really. Just saying that a house that size in that location should be quite a bit more than what he paid. He got a steal as far as I am concerned

Yeah, there's some kind of disconnect between the house pictured above and the 1200 sq ft tract homes going for $650,000 on Flip or Flop.

But, their houses are around OC, not anywhere close to the market of Tarzana(an extension of Calabasas). A darn shack which needs torn down is well over 500k in and around LA

Yeah, 7 mil minus 30 percent and whatever he's already spent...doubt he gets another big payday in the NFL. Hope he has a plan after football. Not sure what taxes and insurance are on a 2 million home in CA

but he's still trying to sell a $1.7mil house - so while that will "come back to him" - it's also money he's spent. wg said his daughter is likely pulling it in also so hopefully he's just not spending cause it's there.
