Hard to afford nice property anywhere. lol not many jobs paying $30+ an hour. That's what you need in a cheap to live state. Let alone cali.

You need Hundreds of dollars per hour to fund a house in Cali with those costs and taxes. Just think about the maids,
cooks, lawn care, upkeep...He better find some way to nail down more Quan or he will be living in Arizona in 5 years.

He has maybe at best 5 years of playing left. Does she make any money cause if not they are going to be broke 10 years from now.
And you know this how? Do you know what investments he has made? Do you know how much money he has? Do you know his spending habits? Smh..Don't hate on OScan because he young, black, and able to purchase a $2 million home. Get your money up.

Everybody that has something negative to say about how this man spends the money HE (not any of you) earns are a bunch of jealous haters...simple...praying for that man's downfall...you all should be ashamed...but we already know you are not...bunch of fakes speaking on this man and what he purchases...

Waste of money....California=overrated:rolleyes:

Not even close, Floaty. I grew up on in Buffalo, lived on the east coast, lived in Orlando and Houston and by far California is the most beautiful state I've ever lived in. Colorado would be second. The scenery is breathtaking and the weather, especially along the coast is perfect.

Yeah it's crowded and expensive in the cities and taxes are high, but calling a place like San Diego overrated is like calling Kellen Moore a starting QB in the NFL.

Both statements are to simpy draw attention...

Wait...oh yeah.

San Diego has my vote for the best weather in the USA.

Never had a bad time, weather wise in Los Angeles.

Beautiful area, just really crowded and expensive.

Nice house too. 2.8 doesn't sound that bad for the house/area.

I have to laugh at the folks criticizing Scandrick. Dude is going to make upwards of 50 mil with the Cowboys and bought a 3 mil house that, for its size and location, looks like a great deal. This is hardly a massive investment for someone like Scandrick.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion. To think that someone coming off a career-changing injury investing in a 2million dollar home in a region that may not have running water in 10-15 years is a bit extravagant is not even that outlandish of an opinion. Personally, I'm of the people can do what they want with their money camp. What it had nothing to do with was his race, but as always someone has to make it about race.

It will be his future ex-wife's house in 18 months.
First thing I thought of considering their rocky past.
This does not apply to everyone however, somewhere I read that newlyweds (with no children between them) who are in the market for their first house should buy the size of their family, where they can easily hear each other from one end of the house to the other. Just sayin.
Good luck this year Oscan!! I wish them all the best.

Wasn't he on one of those House Hunter shows in the past? Anyways, nice house. LA is super expensive so the price is not bad for a 6,300 square foot home.

Oscan makes 3.8 mil per year on average. A 2 mil home shouldn't hurt him if he doesn't blow his money on worthless junk.

Not understanding the ruing about the price. Take for example, an average American who makes 60k a year and buys a house for 150k ish. That person spends almost three times his income for a home. In Orlando's case, he spent about half of what he makes a year....give or take. Using my above logic, he should have bought a 12 million dollar home, what was he thinking!! :omg:
