Young in coaching experience. He was the OC here in name only. He also spent time as an assistant to his daddy and a couple of other jobs where he had very little responsibility. He certainly is not an experience heavy weight that could buck Jones and son. He lacks the "chops" that Ben Johnson, Vrable, Kingsbury, Deion, Moore or even Zimmer would have brought to the table. Jerry Jones will be pulling all the strings.lol he is over 50 and is hardly inexperienced
