For me this team has to win I truly believe if Dallas loses next week the team will implode and Wade will lose the team

1. They have to win
2. They need to play like they are desperate
3. The oline has to man up and when the battle of the trenches
4. The defense has to shut down the Charges and quit giving up big 3rd and long plays

1. Crisp execution. I want them to know and execute the gameplan to the utmost best of their abilities. No blown assignments, catch the ball, and hold on to it when you have it.

2. Consistent pressure on Phillip Rivers. With that the sacks will come, but we need to be around him all day.

3. Man up in the trenches. We struggle against 3-4 teams, and the Oline has played poorly against them. Do your freaking job and pick up the blitzes and open up running lanes for our backs. The success of the entire offense hinges on this group. Play well and I like our chances against anyone. Have mental errors and get beat at the point of attack, and we dont have a shot.
