Sean Lee Helped Off Field ***Left knee injury per JG***

I get a weird sentiment from some of our fans here. It appears that some are hoping he's hurt to prove a point.

The kid can play, there aren't any better options, and we are diminished without him.

Of course he can play. That's why he was rated as a top 10 pick coming out of Penn St. But if you can't stay on the field, you are worthless. Can't help your team from the sideline. That is why he slipped to the 2nd round and Jerry as always wanted to get a blue light special. When it was clear he could not stay healthy in college.

Seriously, the prudent thing to do is figure out a long term fix, because daaaaamn......

Yeah, if we would have drafted Manziel, Lee would have two broken ankles, a torn ACL and a bruised ego on that play. :(

I just want the uncertainty to be gone. We need consistency and guys who are man enough to play football. I'm tired of question marks. If Lee was gonna go down for the season anyway, let's just get it out of the way now. If Claiborne is gonna be a bust anyway, let's just find out now. If Carter is gonna be a child anyway, let's just be done with him now. Give me 22 guys who are man enough to play some consistent football. I want football guys. I want Travis Fredericks and Zack Martins and Dez Bryants and Tony Romos.

That's just silly. Lee is the prototypical LB and is a man. He has been injured, it happens in football.

Why would anyone want Lee out? Some people are laughing/making jokes b/c they have no more tears left to shed for these injuries. Only way to stay sane sometimes with this team....

...you type, as you sit behind your desk.

Sean, laddie, we hardly knew ye.

We half how much money tied up on this precious and brittle player?

honestly i think zack martin went too hard but maybe im wrong need to see the play again when its up

This kind of thinking is what's wrong with this team. The only person you don't touch is the QB. Everyone else is fair game. and honestly, who really thought Lee would make it the entire season. He's going to be lucky to see 4 games this year. If it wasn't Zack, it would have been someone else...

Sorry a prototypical LB is not made of glass.

Injuries happen in football. But to be injured 15 games in 2 seasons is not good at all. His career is not going to last in this league at this rate. He's injury prone and worthless to this team.

How is Lee a man if he can't play more than half a season? My point of man is someone who doesn't get hurt during a pad-less practice. I guess we have different definitions of man.

No, people here make an instant judgement that sticks with a player forever. They invest so much energy into that they would rather be proved right than see a player actually succeed.

Last year he hurt his left hamstring up around the hip and his neck.

They just got done with the offseason S&C program and I wonder if that has anything to do with it.

Obviously. I guess Martin, Frederick and Bryant will never get hurt because they are real men. Silly.

Bingo... blue light special.
