Season has not started and all I hear is complaining

Spoiled brats will always find ways to complain. That pretty much describes the Cowboys fans to a "T". Here's hoping what our players do won't reflect the kind of a loser's attitude that prevails with their fans. Let's be thankful we're not all like the worst of us. Let's pray the good ones actually become the majority, rather than the equal portion of their fans.

How are we spoiled? I would say were more akin to a beaten down kid where something always goes wrong when our hopes get high. We are a fan base with a complex.

Now you know in your heart that Rogers & Brady would get the job done despite a bad defense. Great QB's still find that way to win.

Why is it that you guys always have to use Brady, Rogers, Mahomes to make a point?

Are you crying because we dont have one of them? How do you get one of those? Sign me up.

Yes they both lost lol, but josh did look way better in his loss.
If you compare it to horse racing one horse loses by a few inches, and the other one loses by a horse length, and in a embarrassing way.

Dak was close to a possible win or tie, cant remember, but that last play made him and whole offense and coaches look like buffoons lol.
and josh looked better the whole game , whereas dak didnt get going till late 3rd or the 4th qrt.

I get it, Allen is thoroughbred, and Dak is trash.

Let's not make excuses for some of our crybabies not getting what they feel "entitled" to. Yes, we've seen tough times but so do many other teams. We are not inferior but rather, often far too dissatisfied with not being the habitual winners we once were. We're not all that way, though. I fully appreciate that and think it's absolutely commendable. Entitlement is something that breeds needless dissatisfaction. It's better to be entertained, imho. That's even what this team's leadership is devoted to. Many of us have adjusted to that.

I think our history over the last 25 years has given us great reason to have doubts. And then to watch Jones make more blundering mistakes that the casual fan can see is wrong just fuels the fire.

I just get this vision of the qb sitting on the sidelines concentrating hoping his defense holds. Or his kicker hits the 52 yarder for the win. Lol
I doubt that was what he meant and you know it. No need to ridicule the thought of finding those 110% through your mind in that deciding moment. Champions usually just don't rely on their talent. They work harder than anyone else, are more focused than anyone else and elevating the play of everyone around them. Just watch The last Dance docu for example (and some good entertainment).

Oh, and one thing they don't do for sure is pouting crap like "this is our best year ever" lol.
Bull!

Crooked officials helped out Brady and the Bucs last year. They did the same for Rodgers and the Packers both playoff years against the Cowboys in 2014 & 2016. Many other times the crooked officials have been in the tank for the opposing team.
You will find fans of any team (in all sports by the way) saying exactly this.

And as far as the Cowboys go, way too many penalties were absolutely justified last season caused by unfocused and therefore undisciplined players pulling the team into the abyss with them.

With that being said, while bad officiating does exist (who would deny that?) it doesn't have anything to do with what I wrote.

This conversation is about QB willing their teams to wins? Not great players working harder.

your the one saying he is trash lol, I have never said that.
Allen ,mahomes, Burrows, and I guess rodgers, are the top 4 qb's IMO and the others are all a step or more down,

Most of us that frequent this website are more than casual fans. Some adjust their expectations accordingly and some don't. We're far removed from the days when Landry & Co. ruled most of the NFL. Those who fail to adjust their expectations aren't guarding their expectations and their emotional stability well enough. I think it's best to do that and most of us should too. Of course, it's not required for those who don't mind wallowing in their displeasures.

It does if no one has a decent reply to an argument and thus unleashes the lazy, falsehood CONSPIRACY claim in self defense.

I couldnt agree more. Those that are monumentally disappointed are those that have outlandish and overzealous homerish expectations that dont apply.

Are people haters or homers?

I don't give two craps.

This defense is going to be off the chain.

Please just stop with the refs this the refs that, it’s just a flat out fabrication to excuse poor play or coaching. There is no conspiracy against the Cowboys and it’s foolish to keep stating there is.

He's right, though.

To each is own - It really doesn't matter to me.. Everyone processes things differently. Besides, can this board exist without complaints??
