Season Ticket Invoices

I'm in 217. The tickets were $99 when the stadium opened, but were up to $120 last year. The only thing that ever irked me was having to pay the same for the stupid preseason games as the regular season games. But I finally got over that by rationalizing that if they charged less for the preseason, the difference would just get prorated over the regular season games and I'd be paying the same at the end of the day. To each his own, but in my opinion, the season tickets are really a very good value vs. competing sports.

So you are in the corner?

I’ve thought about selling mine. Has anyone here sold their PSLs since the stadium opened? I read that the average Cowboys fan takes a loss on their PSL.

I don't think that's accurate. I have looked into buying two more seats near the ones I have but in a prorated basis the cost hasn't really dropped.

The demand goes up when we are winning but drops a little when we have a bad year.

I'm not sure about the Star - I haven't been out there yet. My bud that has the seats next to me says it's a great place to take your kids (or grandkids in my case).

Texas Stadium was iconic, but was nowhere near as comfortable as this stadium.
I purchased a vehicle from a dealership in North Richland Hills and wanted to go check the star out but I left the dealership at like 5 pm and end up driving through downtown Dallas cursing out my GPS for thinking hell was the best route.

They started at $4000 per seat I think except for some more undesirable seats. The seat licenses for the 50 yard line seats were. like $120,000 each or something like that for the best seats. Keep in mind they are 30 year seat licenses

There were some seats at the top of the 400 level that had a $1000 PSL when the stadium opened. Not many, but there were some. And some were $2500. Mine in 217 were $5000.

You probably experienced it too, but I was in Section 33 at Texas Stadium. They said you would be offered comparable seats at the new stadium, but wouldn't provide pricing initially since the comparable seats weren't in the Club Section. I went through the upgrade pitch for the Club seats and, based on the pricing they were quoting for the Club seats, was prepared to not have my tickets anymore. But, for all of Jerry's faults, of which there are many, I was pleasantly surprised when I got my seat offer and felt he did me and those like me right.

Have any of you received season ticket invoices? I have received my seat option and paid it already but I haven't seen a season ticket invoice yet. Have they been sent out?
Jerry is on vacation, cut him some slack.....;)

Good luck, both in your professional endeavor and with any future season tickets. I've had tickets since 1989 and have never regretted it, even during the dark Campo years (well, maybe in 1989). My dad took us kids to the Cotton Bowl in the 60's and I've been blessed to be able to return the joy by taking him to games over the last 29 years. He's 95 now and last year was the first year he hasn't gone to a game with me.

That is an awesome story, thanks for sharing that!

Jealous of what? I wouldn’t buy Cowboys tickets with your money, let alone mine. If I’m jealous of anything, it’s other teams being run correctly with a front office that wants to win and a coaching staff that knows how to get it done.
The Raiders need fans check out their forums. Have a nice day

No wonder Jerrys doesnt care about winning if he can rip a fortune out of People for freaking seats to a Football Game wow.

I live in Germany and have Season Tickets to the BBL which is the highest Basketball League in Germany. I have midcourt Season Tickets which is the most expensive category.

They cost 399$ for 17 Games.

I also have Season Tickets for the Local Football Team which Plays in the GFL, the highest German Football League. Premium Season Tickets cost 150 $ a Season.

I get its no NBA or NFL but also a very high Level of entertaining sports but you could buy a House over here for the Price of a Seating Licence in Jerry World lol.

I wonder if any normal working People can afford a Ticket in Jerryworld. Doesnt seem like it.

Maybe you should put your money where your mouth is and start traveling to games every week.
I do. I spend plenty of money paying for the NFL package, so I can see every Dallas game. Like I said though, I wouldn’t sell my season tickets to fans of the other team. Do you think GB or Pittsburgh fans do that, or for that matter, Philly, NY, or Skins fans. Heck no, and if they did they wouldn’t brag about it.

With the impending bidding war in the Jones family over garret's services, the invoices had to be withheld. Someone close to the situation said it went something like :

Jerry: I think the Dallas Cowboys should have the highest paid coach in the NFL

Stephen : I agree and 6 million isn't going to buy the kind of loyalty we expect.

Charlotte: I have decorators that can slap a *** better. Are you guys kidding?

Jerry: Let offer extend him 3 years at 30 million and hope he bites

Stephen: That would put him ahead of Carrol and Belechek. That pretty good company.

Jerry : Should we offer more?

Charlotte: Are you guys insane? How the F did you guys end up with an NFL franchise?

Stephen: I'll call his agent

Yes I sold mine.
There are several web sites you can go through and list them.

https://cowboys.strmarketplace.com
this was the one I used. All went very smooth, they handle everything.

http://www.pslsource.com/buy_dallas_cowboys_psl/
there was a 3rd, but I don't have it bookmarked

Yes I took a loss from what I initially paid, but then again I got 7 years use of them. If they would have won some SB's, I may have made money..
You list your price and once you get an offer, you can negotiate with that person on a final price. Accept their offer or counter offer, or just not sell at all.

It was all done in a few weeks. You also can either sell all your tickets at that time to the buyer or negotiate which ones they want to buy, if any.
One mine I had already sold the Commanders game but they wanted to buy the rest at face value. Including the preseason games.

They charge a fee, based on where your seats are, I think 10%. My fee was 5% because they were the high $$$ club seats..
They charge this to both the buyer and the seller I believe.

This one is ran by the Cowboys I think.

Probably pretty close to it.
