Giants suck. We should easily beat them
After watching a full day of NFL football around the horn, all teams, unfettered, it was really eye opening.
This is a year where we, if we do things right and get a tiny bit of luck, have a chance to make the Super Bowl.
Just saying that scares me.
it's pretty annoying we've won 10 in a row and only have a 2 game division lead
And it's likely we lose a game or two down this stretch, and one of them may come against the Giants. We lose to the Giants, and this division is way up in the air.
We need to concentrate on Minnesota and I'm sure that's what the coaches and team are saying. 10-1 says this team is not like the cowboy teams of the past. As for the Giants I'm sure they are concentrating on the Steelers, while some think it doesn't matter if the Giants lose a out of conference game, that's simply not true, because best overall record wins. So the Giants are playing catch up because of the Dallas hot start. They have to at some point pull even with Dallas in the win loss column, only then will the head to head matter. I think some people here are underestimating what Dallas has done, winning 10 games in a row is never easy,I don't care who you are playing. The fact is the Giants need the cowboys to lose, while they continue to win.
What is Prescott's current love life situation?
Please don't let him get involved with a psychotic nutjob like Romo did with Simpson.
Please don't let him be like Roy Williams and have some woman from Destiny's Child sap his will to live.
Please don't let him be incredibly dumb like Miles Austin and hook up with a Kardashian and get robbed of his precious bodily fluids.

He's got 20 TD's and 10 picks this season. He had 27 picks in 07 when the Giants won the SB and 16 picks in 2011 when they won the SB again. I watched Eli play on opening day and he played well, if he was playing bad the Giants wouldn't be 7-3, riding a 6 game winning streak. Have you actually watched him play because he had ZERO picks against the Rams. He hasn't thrown more than 2 picks in any game this season. You might want to check his stats. lol
I like the way you think.it's pretty annoying we've won 10 in a row and only have a 2 game division lead
So much this. How this is hard for folks to grasp, is really beyond me.
Why do you keep quoting what Eli did 9 years ago? That's like saying Romo is the same player now as he was in '07. Gint's defense this year is nowhere as good as the '07 defense. Statistically they are pretty close to our defense this year. Due to the WAS game, we've given up more yards, but we are tied in scoring defense.
Eli beat us in 2011 in two big games and one had a playoff birth on the line. He hasn't had any significant injuries so his game hasn't declined. He hasn't throw as many INT's the past 3 seasons. If we don't apply some pressure on him he'll have a big day on us. Our pass defense currently ranks lower the any of our playoff teams under Romo. Doesn't matter about the Giants D it's our D that I'm worried about, it's gotten us beat every time we've made the playoffs the past decade.
Regardless our matchup with them is going to be critical to our season down the stretch.
2011 was 5 years ago. One of the big reason Gints did well back then was due to Coughlin. They have a rookie coach this year. 2016 team and 2016 Eli isn't the same as 2011 versions.
Eli has played well this season and the Giants record reflects it. So they have a rookie coach, we have a rookie QB. It doesn't matter both the Cowboys and them are winning. They have a dynamic WR in OBJ who's going to present a problem for us.
And it's likely we lose a game or two down this stretch, and one of them may come against the Giants. We lose to the Giants, and this division is way up in the air.
Giants haven't lost a game in over a month and their D is playing well. I wouldn't be so sure about how likely it is for them to lose a game. They could lose to the Steelers and still be in great shape to win this division.
If the Giants lose to the Steelers they will be in terrible shape. If they lose to the Steelers and still beat us we still win the division.
2016 version of Eli was 19/28 for 207 yards, 3 TD and 1 INT when he played us this year. Eli and his crew only scored 20 points . Yes they beat us but barely against a rookie QB playing his first NFL game.
The 2011 Giants were 9-7 and Eli had 16 picks and 8 fumbles, losing 4 of them. Neither the Giants or Eli were that good that season and we could have virtually eliminated them in the first game had we not blown a 12 point lead with 8 minutes to play at home. Eli was efficient like he was against us in the playoffs in 07. He only passed for 163 yards in the playoffs.
They only scored 21 points that day but they played Giants football by keeping the game close and beating us in the end. They're more than capable of beating us again in two weeks in their stadium. Not saying they will but they're a good team and Eli is a good QB who's had a lot of success against us.
