I think what happened was our OL all reached their expiration date simultaneously.
He wasn't trying, he did from day one. Drafted Witten, signed Dan Campbell and had Jeff Robinson and James Whalen. Then in 04 he drafted Sean Ryan, in 05 he signed Brett pierce and in 06 we drafted fasano.
It was essential to our offense. Two tight ends and an athletic fullback. We were better at it than New England during that time, they just ended up with two tight ends that were there big play guys and just used them.

Thats what happens when your safeties miss tackles.

Landry has been awful in this game.
I was just curious to see what your theory was. I have no real idea. But I do know you keep your ears pretty low to the ground and always share tidbits that are not always common knowledge. Didn't know if that was the case here as well.
Its a shame, for whatever reason, we got away from it.
And that's game, darn you luck.
Boy did he float that ball up, seemed like no velocity on it.
Andrew luck now with 6 interceptions in first 2 playoff games ... Ouchy.
Seeing Brady be the holder....... anyone remember what game it was when Romo was the starter (not the season where he replaced Bledsoe) where he had to be the holder due to injury of (McBriar?)? I am drawing a blank.
Don't the Patriots have a bunch of injuries?
Parcells was trying to implement a 12 package during his time in Dallas. No one envisioned using it as extensively as the Pats did with Gronk/Hernandez, but Parcells did want to have to useful tight ends. That has just continued since he has left.
Who says the running game is out of style. Jusr look at Seattle and New England
