Should we be worried about Tyron?

my concern for tyron is that he was always a right tackle and he run blocks better than pass blocks.
plus his results have been middling thus far over 2 plus years.

he may need to move back to right tackle at some point.
not the end of the world but would be a fairly bad draft selection at 10 if a long-term RT is what he is.

if smith has another bad season i'd expect us to draft a LT in r1 and move tyron.

Oh for crying out loud. LOOK at the numbers people before referring to his results as "middling."

You do know Watt plays in a 3-4, right? 3-4 DE =/= 4-3 DE. And 12 of Watt's sacks came as a DT in a 4-3.

And my last statement in my previous post wasn't hyperbole, it's a fact.

It is incredibly silly to judge two players relative to each other after two seasons.

Again...Ware...Merriman...

You guys remember that Eric Fisher guy? Went first overall? Tyron is 24 days older.

1. Watt is almost 2 years older than Tyron.

2. Tyron has played one season at LT and showed significant improvement through that season. And people here have concluded that he's not going to cut it at that position? Really?

3. If you're going to complain about every draft pick that doesn't turn out to have the best career out of every player available at that slot, well, you're going to complain about 95+% of the roster. The question is whether you're making good drafting decisions at each slot.

Jerry Rice was drafted 16th. The Vikings sure look stupid for picking Chris Doleman ahead of him.
The Seahawks really blew it by taking Cortez Kennedy over Emmitt Smith.
Adalius Thomas was an awful find in the 6th round. After all, Tom Brady was still available.
