Agree and while he didn't have to put the team on his back he did have to manage games at a high level throughout the season. Regardless all the pressure will be on him this year. Suit up boys suit up!I mean sure, overall, he didn't have to put the team on his back to win games but there were games where he did. Such as that first Eagles game. Late in that game and in OT, it was Dak who pulled that out (granted, he played sloppily early and that's why we were down in the first place).
Dak got to be a game manager last season. A role Romo was never really afforded... bad defenses, awful offensive lines, bad receivers, nonexistent running games, bum coaches. Want to see the picture of Romo's career, look at andrew luck the past 2-3 years. It just depends on how you view it.
Putting the team on your back is what Tony did for over a decade, so no, dak didnt do that.
Personally, I think that Baltimore game was his most impressive in the regular season.I mean sure, overall, he didn't have to put the team on his back to win games but there were games where he did. Such as that first Eagles game. Late in that game and in OT, it was Dak who pulled that out (granted, he played sloppily early and that's why we were down in the first place).
