which means as Hollywood goes by the 2.5 to 1 ratio of box office gross to actual studio revenue (theaters, etc have to make money as well) meansit probably has to reach around $750 million to break even.

Opening weekend was $43 million US and $44 million overseas. $87 million total

Opening weekends are typically 25% to 35% of the total gross when its all said and done.

Basic math has Disney losing as much as $200 million on this disaster

I believe they got halfway through, then basically started over, because of how terrible it was. I also think they lost a lot of potential viewers, thanks to the main actress saying really stupid things about the original film.

the very first thing i do when i hear a popular title movie such as Snow White, is look at reviews of the movie critics.

That's also the first thing potential viewing audience will do to decide if it's worth the time and visit for a movie.

I haven't seen this version of Snow White,(i'm in no hurry at all) so i'm not sure how they approached and re-worked it .

I have the biggest problem with having the Falcon being named the new Capt America,..as opposed to just re-casting Capt. America.

heck, we've seen Superman, Batman, Peter parker re-casted time and time over again ,..why can't we go ahead and do the same and re-cast Capt. A as well ..?
