The dude is a beast physically just those pesky leg injuries make me want to :banghead: I am sure Dez feels the same way ! He is one of my favourite players in the league I just want him on the field !

Here is sick video of his workout ! BTW

When was he ever injured while going up for the ball? Why would we assume that's an issue?
Well as you get older and you leap up in the air and come down awkwardly bad things are going to happen

Yes I did watch the play he was trying to not go down he always try's to stay up ! I agree it was an awkward tackle but he possible could have avoided it ( MAYBE ) by running out of bounds IMO. Look you can argue that tackle with me and I respect your viewpoint ! BUT Dez should be smarter about when to fight instead of trying to take every ball to the house just my opinion. I'm NOT saying don't fight just pick your spots better, we cannot afford to keep losing our best receiver to leg injuries. All the great WR pick there spots. I just think Dez could improve in this area !

I'm watching the play now. The very moment the defender grabs his shoulder pads, the injury was going to happen. It was a linebacker coming at an angle from the side. I'm not even sure if Dez saw him. If he did, he was trying to outrun the angle. Hell, he almost did. The defender was just able to get his hands on him. This isn't a case of Dez sizing up a LB and taking him on. This isn't a case of him fighting for extra yards. It was a fluke play that could have happened to anyone. There's simply no room to fault Dez or his play style on this. Every body in the league does the exact same thing.

It was basically a horse collar tackle ....... but using the shoulderpads in a jerking motion.

Yup. I'd imagine even more dangerous than the standard, from the back horse collar. The human knee doesn't bend that way. We're lucky it was as minor as it was. That easily could have been much worse.

I didn't realize 34 was the magic number Dr
Yeah what's 34 about, not siding with anyone but just curious. 34 is old for receivers, sure there a couple here and there but it's not your money making years. 27 is good, he has about 2-3 years of max production barring any injuries, then some years of declining production. After 30 you can still contribute and mentor the next #1 receiver

Injuries have derailed him the last two years. I don't think that he'll be a top 15 receiver this year, maybe he can bounce back in 2017
