Agreed! However I'm not fully convinced Akin will not be MLB with James...keep Burnett on the outside as a situational player and draft another stud OLB...then I'd be REAL happy about our LB's...very happy!

I knew I shouldn't have bothered with posting in here. Everything is your way or "it isn't worth discusssing", or "you don't know football", or some other rude remark.

I never said Shanle was better than Burnett, but face the facts. When both were healthy, Shanle got playing time, Burnett didn't.

I disagree...I think we will be fine with both. I think AL's will win the starting position and improve big time...getting stronger and working hard all off-season. He's already 6'5/305...has the size, he needed to add strength big time...he's doing that.

Remember the Seattle game when JJ ran for almost 200 yards...Big Al was almost a hero with some of his blocks. THe kid is athletic and will be fine.
