BTW, I personally guarantee Jerry would destroy the entire league through entrenched litigation, and he'd win.

There's no basis for his removal, and Jerry's sphere of influence is larger than those pud-whackers at the league offices.

Hell, you think the NFC East, the most powerful 4 team grouping in the world would allow the Division's most prominent member to start stabbing the NFL to death? In the end, Jerry could easily sway the East and Kraft to simply defect. The league would collapse without those five teams, and so more and more teams would begin seeking inclusion into this new venture.

How wonderful would it be, if Jerry formed a new NFL, with all the remaining members, but due to his administrative takeover, the Salary cap was removed again?!!

Have no clue why half of you hate Jerry so much...

LOL at the Jerry fan boys. No wonder Jerry thinks he can do what he wants. Jerry can't take on 31 equally rich billionaires and a billion-dollar corporation.

I doubt very seriously the NFL will actually remove Jerry. This is just a tactic to put him back in his place. It will all come down to how many owners are in the pro-Goodell corner and how many want Goodell gone.

This may be the most laughable report I've ever heard. Congratulations Florio, you've set a new low.

He is a lawyer who must have just stayed away from the court room. Howard Cosell he is not.

Sadly, he doesn't care about being right etc, it creates a lot of traffic to his site.

That is why he pushes the Kap and Zeke stories so hard.

No, it's either Florio making up stories again or going to the lowest common denominator for a source.

There's not an owner in the league that thinks they can force a forfeiture of the franchise and I highly doubt that there are more than 3 owners that would even wish they could do it if in some fantasy bizarroland it was possible to do.

And in this case, I don't think Jerry is being unreasonable. He thinks Goodell has way too much power and is paid way too much money and that all 32 owners should be able to vote on his contract extension...not just 6 owners.

Bull, if it was that easy they would of tried it against Al Davis.
They did try it against Davis and lost more than once. If they tried it with Jerry then it would probably be tied up in court for 10 years, in other words probably after half the owners will have died.
