Help.
If we were to find a trade partner for Romo, why is it that we are still on the books for his remaining salary?
So if he's traded to Houston... Is he basically counting against two team's cap??
And in following with that premise -- how is Houston able to afford not only Osweiller's salary (even though he's a Brown, now), AND take on Romo?
I've never taken the time to study intricacies of the salary cap system. Thanks!
