Dez is on pace to barely break 1000 yards receiving.

He has dropped all the way to 19th in receiving in the NFL -- 11th in the NFC.

He is ranked 32nd in the NFL in big receptions (20+ yards).

Who do you blame? Play calling? Romo not throwing him the ball? Dez not getting open?

More than anything else on offense, this is the biggest indicator to me that things are broken.

It's not the o line or running backs. In fact, the better the run game the less romo does passing. For some reason he seems to need to pass 60 percent or more to get going. A run game does not seem to benefit him. He does best when the run game is abandoned. Weird. Not a good recipe for success.

Romo threw some passes over Dez's head. In a "normal" game that wouldn't matter. But when your defense gives up a score on EVERY possession, it magnifies every offensive mistake and it just snowballs. The only way to win tonight was to score 50 points (or 46). You just can't expect that from your offense. They should've kept running to keep the Bears off the field. Just a horrible showing tonight.

I haven't understood this offense in about 6 years. It has no fundamental strengths in my mind. It tries to be good at everything but can't overcome itself.

Now, that being said, I would expect a team to get a few more possessions. Hard to get dramatically hard on the offense when it doesn't ever get the ball after a punt.

The offense is 7th in offensive points per game. That's not counting special teams points or defensive scores. I will take that every year.

Crap scheme. Plain and simple. It's obvious. No reason we can't get dez 8 catches a game. Tonight I would've had him returning kicks as well.

I remember that thread where people were saying Dez is the #2 WR in the league. HAHAHA

Not even close, fan boys. No way would I sign him to big money.
