The last time we saw the Cowboys in AT&T they gave up 48 to an above average packers team. And the Cowboys looked completely soft in the worst playoff loss in team history.

Today we saw a repeat performance from a really soft Cowboys team. I watched every down of this embarrassing loss today and the saints OL and DL just completely physically dominated the Cowboys. Their secondary and LBs hit us like freight trains. Our response? One word: SOFT. Charmin soft.

Yes our QB did not play well, threw a terrible INT and was unable to get more than one TD drive. He deserves a lot of criticism. But he doesn’t block, tackle or cover anyone. This team has been kitty cat soft for far too long.
This team is just a reflection of Jerry, his personality and the culture he has instilled here over the last 3 decades.

1. Our HC is a fraud
2. Our OL coach and his scheme are out- dated not designed to handle today's multiple fronts .
3. Our offense is based on short passes and is incapable of attacking deep and struggles with even medium routes CONSISTENTLY.
We can defeat defenses with the special talents of our WR and TE but fast defenses playing UP snuff us out. Those 3 yd passes are tackled immediately. Fast defenses take away soft 15 yd throws.

KM designed plays that drew defenses away from the football so Dak rarely threw into crowds. Everybody was covering deep, and Pollard would slide out of the backfield and a three yd toss was a 25yd gainer. Same with CeeDee running a 3 yd horizontal routes that went 20 yds because defenders were covering the other side of the field.
Now we have MM without Aaron Rodgers, imagine that.

We will beat poorly coached and less talented teams as we did last year. Sadly there won't be so many this year.

Jerry has a plan for the next HC and that's where his heads at, however I haven't figured out who exactly that might be.

This will be a difficult season until changes take place.

This staff does less with more talent than anybody in NFL history.
Enjoy young players making plays, that my mantra this season.
Go Cowboys

Makes you wonder if other teams are practicing twice a day with pads.

It’s a reflection of the country club atmosphere of the organization and the tummy of the head coach. Both soft!

Their answer to the loss was signing some bums off the street and starting a bunch of rookies. One constant remains the same here in Dallas.

After sleeping on it I really don’t care anymore. I’ll watch and root for them, but expecting anything more is pointless. They don’t seem to want it.

Starting especially at the top of the organization.

At some point, a bully has to get hit in the mouth or nose. Or we'll simply expect our offense to be in an old Big 12 game.....65 to 64.9

The Dallas Cowboys is not a football organization, it is an entertainment organization, hence the soft play. We are going to play the Ravens next, polar opposite of everything that has to do with the Cowboys. The Ravens are a football organization.

Punch Dallas in the mouth and they don't punch back.
Yep. We are a front runner team. Once we get punched in the mouth we duck our tails .

As Bobhaze said… we are soft. Which is a kind way of putting it.

Aren't you one of the ones here who was telling us all off season how this current team is so tough and Rough and Tumble and they drafted this way?
1. They did draft that way. However, can you really expect the culture to change in one offseason?
2. We have no starter quality DT's on the roster. Can't fix that no matter what scheme you're running.

They can't hide directly confronting one's opponent. You KEEP your own team on it's heels!

Climb on your horse, cowboy!

Not this one...

This is still grabbing the bull by the horns...on the FIELD. Not from a stadium box.

Fox crew warned us on opening day. Said the atmosphere for the ring ceremony was like a club - dancers/entertainers and players having to walk through fans and sound stages - meanwhile there's a game to be played.

Of course we're soft.

I just don't understand how our D line played with seemed, no pride.... It was very concerning, and I swear I did not hear MP name said ONCE. I am a big proponent of MP and want him back, but if we get more games like yesterday I have to think we need to consider all options.
