Sounds like Romo is pretty serious about trying to suit up this Sunday

I'm sure it's inspiring to other players to see what the top paid guy is willing to go through to play; however, it feels like they're really pushing Romo's limits at this point. It might be better to just start Weeden for this game.

I couldn't agree more. It sounds like he would hurt us more than help us at this point. Weeden can hand the ball off.

If I'm Candice, I'm worried. I applaud Romo for his efforts, tho.

And @Idgit it's not really about weeden love, it's more that for long term reasons, you want Romo closer to 100% than the 50% he will probably be on Sunday. So with that said, I prefer Weeden for a game or two.

It's pretty clear that the guy is going to play.

And where's all this Weeden love coming from? He looked good in a game in the preseason, too, then came back to earth.

I'm not in love with the Weed, but with Romo sporting a double flack jacket, doped-up on pain meds, and shying away from pressure, you have to wonder who will be more effective.

Weeden for the next 2 games, then have Romo for the stretch run.
Romo was off anyway that entire game, how will he throw with a double flack jacket. He will move and look like the stay puff marsh mellow man out there.

Weeden has all week to prepare with an actual game plan. I think he may play well.

That's logical.

We will just have to trust the collective judgment of the team and hope for the best whoever is behind center.

Honestly I'm more worried about the defense they are leaking oil lately and without Durant and with Carter and Ro banged up were are hurting at LB.

Weeden obviously see's things on the field Romo does not. Like the witten TD, we haven't seen a play like that in a while. Sure Romo makes wayyyyyyyyy more amazing plays. It just seems weeden might see the field better/not scared to let it go.
