I do not know if Rosnehaus is as bad as the media makes him out to be. I see he plays a character I do not know how much real life that character is. I know his big claim to fame is all the players from the "U" he represented.

Or was Parker not wanting to sign a deal and dez wanted to sign a deal now. Dez might have wanted to be like Tyron Smith and get a deal done now.

Who is Smith's agent? Maybe he wants to go that way.

Jerry: Sign this team friendly deal and i'll make sure you're taken cared of for life.

Agent: No, don't sign the deal i won't get as high a commission.

Fired. You're welcome.

Both Dez and Tyron are very grateful to Jerry Jones because he has really supported them and helped them through some tough personal issues. Those things are likely worth more than the extra 10 mill or so a guy might get overall on the open market. That a player wants to sign something team friendly really does speak to one of the things Jerry is exceptionally good at - forming bonds with players.

Speaking as a Cowboys fan, these tweets are very positive. Hopefully, they are accurate.
And besides, even a team friendly deal will leave Dez with tons of cash that will leave him and his family set for his life.

I think that probably has something to do with it, and I'd be willing to bet that the agent wants to wait and try to get more money.

Tyron is represented by Eric Metz, Ethan Locke, and Joe Panos. Maybe Dez reaches out to them if he likes what Tyron got?

Dez: I understand and I want to be a Washington Commander.

Agent: You should sign this deal in Dallas.

Dez: You're fired.

I'm just laying out all the possibilities.

Agents in general have a hard time understanding the concept that sometimes there are things more important than money.

Dez will sign a long-term deal giving him ample amounts of money and keep him in the star for the rest of his productive years.

Expect a heavy guarantee and even heavier SB. Remember, Smith wanted to sign our deal, not his agents. I'm betting Dez decided it's time to get off the merry go round.

A contrarian is a person who takes up a contrary position, a person who seems to be "contrary for the sake of being contrary," especially a position that is opposed to that of the majority, regardless of how unpopular it may be.[1] It is similar to iconoclasm; attacking or openly rejecting cherished beliefs and institutions or established values and practices, but unlike the contrarian, the motive is not simply to be contrary or a tool to incite discussion. Contrarian styles of argument and disagreement have historically been associated with radicalism and dissent
