as opposed to which sports agent?

One that WILL sign team friendly deals...like Tyrons. Granted I think JayZ is still very new to this to have a reputation for being a ball buster. I just think he likes to project being a "hustla"....more power to him, make that money, but if thats the case sign OTHER teams players...not ours.

I wouldn't be surprised the firing was that Dez wanted a team friendly deal to help keep this core group together. He wants to win so bad and wear that Superbowl ring. While it's possible that he could make more money on another team, few teams can equal the mystique and marketing opportunities that wearing that "star" can bring. That makes up for that extra money from another team.

oh you know, I'll be "benched" if I say it tho.

Yeah, it isn't worth getting benched for. Some think one way and some another way. It isn't worth getting upset about.

We need to focus our dislike on the Commanders and their fans anyway.

Team friendly deals benefit everyone if they bring championships. This could be the difference in signing just Dez vs being able to afford Dez and DeMarco...I hear what youre saying and I love Dez, but ultimately Im a fan of the Dallas Cowboys...Ill take all the team friendly deals we can get....more bang for the buck!

I'm a Cowboy fan first as well. And I sure won't cry a bit if a "team friendly" deal is signed. But for these NFL guys? These stories I hear about athletes having all these different illnesses and lifelong injuries from the game? I like to hear about them being compensated.

But on the other end of the coin, when I hear about players and this is more so about NBA players but it rings true to some NFL teams as well, but when I hear players upset about their team is but want to eat up the majority of the cap space? I have no sympathy for them. That's to you Carmelo Anthony lol. So I get both arguments.

That's what I was thinking.

Just don't want to hear the names of any of these hip-hop clowns or the words "Drew" or "Rosenhaus".

Why does Jay Z strike you as some hip hop clown....He is a business man that employs lawyers, accounts and contract negotiators.......You looking at where he came from as opposed to where he is now....

You fill in whatever blank you'd like. Talentless, clueless, classless.

Not a fan and would not like to see him associated in any way, shape, or form with my favorite football team.

Hope that clears it up for you.

I don't think I've ever heard of an agent getting fired because a player wanted to sign a team friendly deal. The agent gets nothing if Dez fires him so he can sign a 'team friendly' deal, so the agent would say 'Okay, if that is what you want to do'.

I don't see how this can mean anything but that we are going to pay top dollar to keep Dez.

Want to make a lot of money in endorsements, drive that Q rating hard, be a star player for the Super Bowl Champion Dallas Cowboys and watch the cash roll in.

Things have changed a lot since the 90s there is a lot more money available, a lot more.

Agents want to be seen as getting every dollar possible for their clients, they have to sell their services to other players and their pitch to those players is look what I got for X. Besides it goes against their nature to not get every dollar.
