I'm scared this actually gets him a pass. I hope not. But Jerry desperately wants Jason to succeed and does not want to fire him. He's like a son to him. He never felt that way about any of our coaches under his regime.
That would be the worst possible outcome of this. We're not even in June yet. Adjust and move forward. Jason has to make the playoffs this year, period.

We will see. I'm sensing if we have more injuries, like Romo goes down, we could see Jason get another pass. I thought he should have been fired after last season but that's neither here or now.

I'll wait on that. Just looked up the cows went 8-8 in 2012 when Rat and Lee both only played in 6 games. I'll bet it was gloom and doom then.

I'll say this now: I would take an healthy Spencer over a healthy Lee.

I think this D has a chance to be middle of the road if Melton still has it, Crawford can play, one of the 7th round rookies overachieves(Stanford). Lawrence and Spencer are a luxury.

Id love a healthy spencer he would be a huge help. This d has more questions going In this year than last year. I think dallas will still have a bottom 5 d this year.

I wish we could strike the words injury prone from our lexicon. It's up there with phrases I can't damn stand, like "ball hawk" and "play maker."

Well you'd be alone on fool's island with Spencer.

At their best, Spencer isn't close to Lee.

I'm talking to the ones that are already giving up on the season.

Also, if you have Rowdy as your avatar I'm not going to take you seriously.

I rarely acknowledge members that can't change the default avatar.

Gold star for you.

@casmith07

I am pretty sure that Rowdy is the default avatar for those that don't care about avatars

Fisher reporting its worse.

ACL, MCL, and meniscus.

That could be his career.

Yeh but minute we cut him , he'll have 10 injury free pro-bowl seasons for another team.

Not second guessing the Martin pick, but given Lee's injury history, I was surprised that there was little to no talk about Mosley in the first round throughout the draft process. Let's hope the braintrust struck gold with Hitchens.

How *** snake bit is this team. Not only do we lose the best player on defense but it just happens to be while being blocked by our first round pick. He barely touched him. The poor guy is just fragile.

this is not uncommon. ACL blow-out usually occur early in camps. No sure why that is case. Maybe ligaments have been over-worked in heavy weight training during off-season and can't handle sudden shift in weight on first few plays. Whatever the case it may be....we know one thing - Sean Lee body was not made to play in NFL.

As much as I hate to say it, I kind of hope so. Horrible for Lee, I get it, but it very well could be good for the team that they won't be forced to depend on him. I'm more of a fan of the Cowboys than I am of Lee.

As much as the Sean Lees' heart wants to play in the NFL, you're dead on with his body not up to NFL stuff. Coaches always talk about how much of a gym rat the kid is. Working out creates tiny tears in muscle fiber, and when given a chance to heal, the fibers build up. But without recovery, you won't see those changes in tone or strength. He should of taken a few days off before going on the field if that was the case.

Hopefully Martin will be hurting the NFCE all season long...
