No, you state nothing that doesn't just support your own attitude based what you value as an excuse.
Who talks to other people like this?

On a sports message board.

And this guy lectured ME about proper English?

There is something very wrong here. It could be a simple idiot troll...it could be a psychopath. You decide.

All fans want a winner. He keeps up with current and principals long held as development and management of football principals in leadership and team potentials established in actual successful player attributes. One trains leaders with the same effectiveness principals whether in football or in the service.

He doesn't base all his views upon stereotypes and his adherence to a set attitude. An annual standard for observation does not base upon disappointment but truthful and annual view of a repeatable set of skill levels. Not Jerry did's instead did this. Accountability is at the top and with Jerry, but that is a shared element.

The man is truthful as to observing truthfully and where elements of sport are required. Not blaming ownership as the only changing element involved and just reporting a sense of blame.

I can appreciate the ability to count to 30 but misses the mark on realistic description of play and team abilities. They don't lose because of Jerry. The Cowboys have won because of four very good Head Coaches.

Landry
Johnson
Switzer
Parcells

3 of those were hired by Jerry Jones.

When cutting down a large tree what effect does rotten interior wood affect the danger in cutting the tree down. How does one judge the cut?
Switzer was just "there". Aikman was the disciplinarian, and he hates having to do Barry's job for him. Had Switzer actually been a very good HC, the Cowboys probably would have won at least 4 SBs in a row, and probably done better than they did after the '95 SB.

Because they didn't read the Apple terms and agreement.

Dumb as hell...he had the best winning percentage of all Cowboy coaches both in the Collegiate and NFL levels. That is compared directly to Johnson.
For a lieing failure at truth, as you were.

Football truth no where depends upon your set claims of bias.

Lying on the Witness Stand

Talk on cry baby...

Apparently, you've never watched the A Football Life episode of Troy Aikman.

I was in Service about then and overseas...but watching games on the Service one channel.
An hour long documentary on Aikman. He talks about how he hates when Switzer came on, because he just coasted. Yes,he was a very good college coach, but from what I've heard (possibly in this same documentary) he didn't really want to come to Dallas. He did it as a favor to his friend Jerry. Aikman said Switzer didn't want to discipline the players, and it fell on Troy to do it, which obviously, he didn't want to do, as it's not his job, nor should it be.

Darn, he was an Oklahoma boy, but until injury and cap reworked the team wasn't he a winner in Dallas then? Maybe it was more of his own injuries at that point.

Think they should have just traded him as fans take things now?

Go away, he's not done playing Cowboys and Indians yet.

He has been a non-stop fan of the Cowboys no matter what and I still respect that and formal education insights that creates Air Force pilots at the Air Force Academy, through a Congressional Appointment and a formal degree. After flying a jet with NO training beyond cock pit ejection procedure and retaining a standard of I will not lie, steal, or cheat nor tolerate those who do. Crap load? He does real work and that I still respect.

Made $100,000 in a year, yet? How about 180 degree roll never experiencing 8..5 G's and never had to pick up the terrain to level off? Pansie stuff?
Lighten up.
