I agree with that, Spencer should find someone else to represent him. I mean, if you want to have a few drinks with your client over dinner, fine. But keep it professional, don't go out until 3am with your client. If anything, the agent should have been the one to come pick Spencer up and drive him home, not the one getting arrested with him.
