Spencer may not be done?

We might be able to get Spencer for the long run much cheaper now. Which would save us from having to draft someone early next year.

But at what level can Spencer play at by then? We might be able to draft someone who can play at Spencers level and have a higher ceiling and longer remaining career.

I don't think he is going to be unable to play over the next couple years. We can focus draft picks on other positions of need. i.e. guard, interior defensive line... positions we're more likely to get with later draft picks.
