I am getting tired of hearing about this strenght of schedule....correct me if I am wrong but the teams that the Patriots beat have a combined 3 wins also?
4. Chargers, Bengals, Jets, and Bills are all 1-3.

This is what I've been trying to articulate for a few days now. Whether anyone cares is meh...

The Pats are very good. But like us, they have been beating teams that appear by this time to not be very good, based on their records. Granted they took care of business in their opening game better than we did in ours, but maybe the Giants aren't that bad after all.

Maybe by the end of the year some of that will change. We get a chance Monday to find out if the Bills are as bad as their record; and we will see the Jets as well as the Pats soon.

It will take a supreme effort to beat them, but they are not the machine that the media makes them out to be. Nor are we, but I like our chances, especially at home.

On another note, what does the ranking in NFL's schedule on a per-team basis mean? Is it strength of schedule, or a reflection of something else? Right now we're listed as 4-0-0 (2nd) and Washington is listed 2-1-0 (1st). But in the standings, we're 1st as you'd expect.

It's a mind-bogglin' thang.

He was a statue in the pocket. Brady gets rid of the ball quicker and has a knack of sliding away from pressure.

Like I said before. I never was a Aikman fan. Wasnt when he was a player. Still not as a broadcaster. Hes overrated in both areas.JMO
What *are* you a fan of, besides your own opinions?

I would agree that neither the Cowboys or Pats have played any great teams but the teams they have played have not just won the game they put major butt kicking on these teams. It is hard to put the kind of point week in and week out that Dallas and the Pats have done without being very good.
