Hey! One can hope. I'm thinking draft anyway.

I almost feel dirty for even saying that, but why waste an opportunity to draft within the top ten? Doesn't happen often. Time to add to basically three first rounders from last year, Byron Jones, Gregory, and Collins.

Hey Fletch, Merry Christmas !!!!

This is wrong. The Cowboys should be about putting the best possible product on the field during the regular season. Throwing away regular season games is just quitting, IMO. Evaluating young talent can be done in training camp and preseason. This is nothing more than a gift to the Buffalo Bills and Washington Commanders. This is also an indication that the coaching staff has the full support of the front office and no major changes will be made there in the off season, hopefully to the chagrin of many of the folks here at CZ. In the off season, once again we'll be seeing how accountability really isn't a priority with the Cowboys. The glory days are indeed a distant memory and there is little hope to see them return in the next few years.

This might be putting the best possible product. Our veterans have proven nothing except they are capable of 4-10 at this point. Not exactly proven success in my book.

that article didn't eve mention Green....weird

IMO, these youngens have NOT earned playing time...was IS earned is some players being benched...thus, I am 100% behind letting everyone play

some specific comments:
* Moore: yes, there were plays against NYJ that he looked foolish, just chucking it up, but he didn't look like a guy that was scared and just managing the game...give him two starts to see if we have a #2
* Green - for the love of God, put him in at RT for two games; if he is nasty like some reports say, then maybe there is a little Eric Williams in him...down side, he has Moore's blind side
* Secondary - everyone is blaming the lack of INTs on the usual suspects, but perhaps they don't always get as many passes their way because of who else is on the field...let Mitchell play
* Swaim - you've gotta be kidding me...we could have Gronk in there as back-up TE and he wouldn't see a pass

* COACHING - why, oh why, aren't the coaches being evaluated?????? (rhetorical, we know the answer)

That would depend on the player. Moore is probably the best option we have for QB at this point. Chaz Green may be better than Free but we don't know because he hasn't played. I doubt any of the other younger guys that aren't getting a lot of playing time are the best option. And it's not like were likely to find out because Garrett has already stated the remaining games won't be used to evaluate the younger guys.
