I looked and you are right that Emmitt didn't do much his first two games...didn't get much opportunity and that team was really bad. I guess the contrast between him and Dak are just so amazing.

It's far more difficult for a rookie quarterback to do well early than a running back. And Dak was the fourth rounder not a high overall selection. Yet Dak is playing like the first rounder.

We'll see...

To some degree, I think these arguments are more about who can cash in when their opinion is right at the moment.

For all we know, Dak could tank when teams get more film on him and when we open up the play book and Elliott could start torching the league.

I can't get all worked up over what could have or should have been, kind of like rueing about passing up Randy Moss. We did what we did, and none of us have an alternate reality crystal ball to see what would have been.

So I'd rather just dance with the one I brought to the prom.
