JG's the new Jeff Fisher/Marvin Lewis of the NFL. How many coaches still have jobs after only having one playoff win in 7 years?

Jason is worse than Marvin Lewis
Lewis was at least a successful DC, Garrett was an awful OC

By spiking the ball you're losing a play
May as well run it and see what you get

Jason is a complete moron who cost us a shot at the SB this year by having the team unprepared and making idiotic decisions throughout the game. Do you think any OC/HC would have a game plan that takes out his best offensive weapon (zeke) on third downs? This guy is just a complete moron and jerry deserves him

IF IM GARRETT THIS IS WHAT I SAY

Run the ball with ZEKE and make GB use there time out's. Worst case i call my time out and kick a friend goal. Now GB gets the ball back with less then 33 seconds cause the less time the better
2) I tell my kicker make sure you keep ball out of the end zone and tell my special team to protect the side line and force him in the middle so they can burn time off instead of starting at the 20????? HELLO

HELLO! Green Bay was not going to use their time outs to stop the clock! We were going for the touchdown. They knew we were going for the touchdown. They were not going to stop the clock to give us more time to do it.

The might have if Dallas doesn't get the first.

well on the radio this morning jerry didn't agree with him spiking the ball and he also wasn't happy with the playcalling just saying

They said the same thing last year about the coaching, nothing changed.

Yep. We've put up with the process this far........I can't go through another 6 years of another coach putting his process in. Then maybe their process wouldn't take too long.

Dan Quinn is in year 2 with the Falcons and has his team in the NFC Championship game.

Mini Rant: I don't care anymore about Garrett's process. I saw a college coach win the national championship game last Monday night because he knew how to work the clock and limit his opponents ability to get the ball back with time to score. Garrett's training should be over by now.

He shouldn't have any regrets. He did a lot of suspect that game but the whole spike thing that was to leave as much time on the clock as possible because we are thinking score touchdown. Old Jason Garrett wouldv'e let the clock keep going and settle for the field goal........and when he did that you guys hated him for it.

So he plays aggressive and is now getting called out for it? It was the correct play. What hurt us was the guy from the Packers deflecting the football. So should we fault Garrett for not thinking about the potential consequences of what would happen if a ball is tipped by a linebacker or defensive lineman?

Dan Quinn didn't have to start from scratch. Matt Ryan, Julio....the majority of those pieces were already in place for him when he got there. All he had to do was fix the defense which is still suspect.

What will it take for people to learn that Linehan calls the offensive plays and Marinelli calls the defense?

I'm sure Jason makes some calls, like whether to punt or go for it, two-point conversion versus 1-point...that kind of thing.

Maybe it was Jason's call to spike...maybe Linehan's...and maybe Dak did it on his own.

We had been moving at will against the Pack defense... it was likely we were going to get 10 yards in two plays.

Now...should we have a set play...a default play for such situations? Yes.

What will it take for people to realize Jason Garrett is above Linehan and Marinelli on the org chart?

If something isn't working in a game Garrett can make the change because he's the head coach. So if you think Dallas didn't run the ball enough against GB, don't just blame Linehan........... blame the head coach who allowed Linehan to continue to call the game as he was.
