Yes, I think Romo would be terrific training QBs.
I don't think Aikman would be good at it.

Aikman recently came out as saying that either you have accuracy, or you don't. The #1 pick says this. "One of the most accurate QBs of all time".

Aikman had it naturally and young. Tony had to train it for years as a pro.

Go to the guy who actually got better for advice on getting better, not the child prodigy.
