Didn’t they win 13 games when Romo got hurt in 2016?
That was an amazing team once in a Lifetime Offensive Line . . . Losing Fred Beard really has took a tool on this team

In All honesty losing Fred Beard may have been more pivotal to Dak then we realize or remember to factor in.

And for the record Romo had healed and was medically cleared to play Football . . . Sadly The Mad Gambler from Arkansas was playing this game in 2016 and choose to . . .

Start: Dak
Bench: Romo

And the rest has been Cowboy disunity ever since

Yeah he also threw the ball a heck of a lot more.

Do you want to go on record and say Romo was a better leader, had as stronger arm, and was more accurate than Romo? I have a bridge to sell you if so
He did throw a lot more, and threw less picks than Aikman.

I will not say he had a stronger arm because he didn't. Aikman had an absolute cannon. But you don't need an incredibly strong arm to succeed. Romo could make all the throws needed. Romo was either more or just as accurate as Troy. People tend to forget how accurate Romo was. Most of his picks weren't due to inaccuracy, it came down to poor decision making. Leadership, I don't know. I wasn't in the locker room. Do you think that if you put Romo on those 90's teams at QB we don't win Super Bowls?

Doesn't matter which order the first two are. Like another poster said, the answer could change depending on the team assembled around them. There is only one you cut in every scenario.

Brady whooped on us first week of this year....Brady didn't have a terrible year. If he wanted to he could play again and still be a top 10 QB. Let's not exaggerate his demise.
he whopped a bad game plan 19 points is hardly an explosion.,. it was our pitiful Gameplan on offense that lost us that game.. anew OL, rookie LT, new LG , New rt, lost half our targets in the pass game, zeke running well and they abandon the run and went pass happy ..worst GP of Moore's career and he ended with 2nd worst ..that why he got fired. Hardly be able to debate Dak finally beats NE and TB12 when they basically were much weaker teams and older players.

I think if Romo tried going to Cabo during a playoff run Jimmy would have sat him.

Romo wasnt as accurate as Troy. I would have loved to see Romo behind that 90s OL though.

yup and more mobile could do more off schedule stuff and didn't have the team Aikman had..Romo is severely underrated around here. blame the Qbs for not carrying a team with far less talent and weaker coaching staffs..right, blinded by Lombardis syndrome Trys got 3 must all be him but who me games where Aikman had to overcome a bad OL, no run game and shaky coaching in big games. never es22 that ol, moose and the pay calls made sure of it..

Team games and Troy wins the who had a clearly better team around him more consistently. same with Staubach.. they always call it more dak friendly or romo friendly what they really meant is they tried getting those qbs the same advantaged and talent TROY had his entire career. lol like the best run game , OL, and FB with MI and Novacek with better play callers and HOF HC.. Id call that Troy Friendly

I’m just saying the narrative we couldn’t win without Romo…..is not entirely true. We couldn’t win with bad backups….soon as Dak got here that changed and I agree. This team overall hasn’t been the same since Fred has been gone

same??! Arians and Gronk gone. many linemen out.. do you see clearly or trying to work hard to make a narrative fit a debate?

we can obviously see tb12 and that TB team wasn't even the same as their SB year and tb12 with NE is far different then beating NE with new rookie QB i believe Jones was new at the time. great game for fans on both game but saying somehow its an impressive pin to put in cap, hardly..like beating Jordan with the wizards or beating bulls without MJ lol. its not the same at all.

i identify as a true american cowboy patriot who supports whoever is the current qb and hates everyone prior to them
That's ridiculous. If you are going to look at the world that way, why even bother to respond to a post that requires you treat them all in their prime and available?
