Cowboys need to bring in Leonard Fournette for a workout. They need a real power back and Fournette is great at blitz pickups. He's the closest thing to filling the Zeke roll that's available right now.
I thought TPollard was the man on this board. How could Leonard Forunette get yardage if blocking was blown up into the backfield? We've seen this at the expense of Zeke. C'mon now!

I still don't get the hate on Gallup. They were forcing it to him for a reason: to open up the rest of the offense.

And it worked. When you force it, there will be incompletions. Yes, he dropped a TD pass. But targeting Gallup early and often made the defense have to account for him, which left the other players open.
I don't get the hate either. He literally was jumping as high as he could and still couldn't reach some of those passes. He got a lot of targets just not many catchable balls. Not his fault.

I was all for giving Gallup the big deal but it’s been a mistake. His confidence seems shot and Dak doesn’t trust him. Look for him to be traded or cut in the off-season.

It’s a one time expense and well worth it. The problem with our run game isn’t the backs but the lack of any holes. To be successful in the run game you need a couple yards before contact
This is exactly the case. Pollard doesn’t have any space to run through because the OL isn’t giving him anywhere to go. Time to revamp the OL and I hope to God they draft OL heavily next draft or both Dak and Pollard are gonna get killed.

What do we need a new center and left tackle ?

Pollard may have won us the game with that 60 yard reception. Rico is no where near as good as him. The OL needs to start playing better.
There is still hope on this forum.

Also, I think the Cowboys coaches could do the line a lot of favors by running more of those sweeps.

Dak trusted him enough for MG to lead the team in targets vs LA. He may not the next game because most weren't completed but that wasn't the case last night.

I would take literally any healthy, unemployed receiver over Gallup right now.
Sigh....I know PC it's like pullin' teeth with #13 and it always has been. He flashes but overall just can't get over the hump. 10 targets and 3 catches for 24 yards? Brutal.

I will say the same thing about Gallup I say for any body else on my team. He 's my guy until he's gone! Get better, play better and let's get it.

If we can trade him for a need, then fine, but this lynch mob mentality towards our own players Stinks.

I was called crazy when I wanted to get rid of gallup right after we drafted Ceedee. Most cowboy fans have the same football knowledge as jerry. ZERO
Hennessy_King, I'm hanging in......hoping Gallup comes around. His route running does concern me though. As a group, our WR corp leave a lot to desire, as a unit. Cooks on the outside, with his size, brings worry also. We have a gadget type receiving corp.

That not what these guys said. They were like he sucks , run him out of town. But your response is typical when they're caught doing some

Thing that exposes their bad behavior, they soften their stance and restate their position. The lynch mob mentality that exist in all of sports , in every city

Disgust Me. The disrespect for men who are superior to the common man is out standing. Not to put too fine a point on it, but imagine a Roman citizen, Calling a Gladiator

soft. That is how silly these people look

We would have to package picks with Gallup to get somebody to take him off our hands.

He has negative value at this point.

It’s the dumbest thing man….he sucks but get someone to trade for him. It’s like they don’t think.
