Stephen: Cowboys are committed to Prescott long term

LOLOLOL!!!! Long term. What a maroon!! :lmao: So many of us will sadly be in the ground before this team ever plays a SB again, me included. These Arkansas bogans have taken a historic franchise and run it into the ground. But hey as long as their stajum rentals, jersey money and consessions are bringing in the dough, who cares what's on the field.

better than hurtys who is in the super bowl and who isn't it because of his dumb and rookie mistakes

little jerry has to think a head the girls on the bus and the big boat don't come cheap you know. and like big jerry there might be a paternity suit waiting for him

you know just like cowboys will beat themselves in losing a game, jerry and his boy do same thing in managing the team and personel.
They shoot themselves in the foot, and then wonder why they cant win in playoffs.
They never see themselves at fault, they blame others, coaches or players and fire them, then get same results and still they
dont see that it is THEM that is the reason they always cant compete in playoffs.

Many of their personnel decicions just kill their chances.
Kellen is lucky he got to leave.
Yep, you look at the 10 seasons they wasted with Garrett for example.
How many other NFL franchises would do that?
Other GMs give a coach a few seasons to prove their worth and if they don't they're gone.
Not Jerry.

Let's be real what is he suppose to say.
He's supposed to say that no player on this team is safe. All should be looking over their shoulder at competition and that we as an organization, should always be looking to upgrade talent.

Figures. They commit to guys who can be replaced by undrafted free agents fairly easily

Garrett:
Few Years as offensive coordinator. Interesting enough to get these teams to request interviews for head coaching jobs: Ravens, Falcons, Lions, Broncos, Rams

Then 8 Years or so as head coach. Let's not forget. Jason did have a winning record... solid regular season win percentage: winning 56% of games.

Garrett wasn't horrible, as per the myth-narrative around here. He just wasn't ever top-drawer, which is the story of the Cowboys the last few decades. Maybe good, certainly not great.

If a guy was good enough to make it Olympics of Football (the NFL) and was above average against the Olympic field...does that guy deserve perpetual insult and disdain? I am embarrassed at how this forum treats its coaches and players.

Draft Max Duggan from TCU on day 3 of the draft. How's that for a plan for Dak's future?
Duggan would be a good day 3 pick, he could be a very good backup QB in the NFL.

I watched him in the Big 12 Championship game against K-state and he balled out.
