That writer with an athletic Russini is very respected. She's not one to throw something on the wall. Trust me I have a subscription with Athleticshttps://nfltraderumors.co/cowboys-h...ations-with-dak-prescott-regarding-extension/
Not that I agree and it is the Athletic but if this is true. It better be for a lot less than market.
So you can avoid answering again? Nope, it doesnt work that way. Answer questions when they are asked during discussions. What’s your question?
If Dak wanted to continue to play for the Cowboys beyond this season he’d agree to a contract the team is comfortable with. He will play out his contract and leave. Under the circumstances I believe he’d like to be cut and leave immediately, but he’s stuck for one more season. He’ll be paid tens of millions of dollars to play football in 2025 and beyond. He doesn’t have or need leverage. The ball is in the court of the owners.
If Dak isn’t offered a contract Dak won’t be playing football.
Yes, that’s unrealistic, but to think Dak has any “leverage” here is insane.
The person looking for a job doesn’t have leverage over the person hiring for the job. Everyone is replaceable and much, much, much better QBs than Dak have been replaced.
Guess it wasn’t important. Oh well.So you can avoid answering again? Nope, it doesnt work that way. Answer questions when they are asked during discussions.
