Yup, they have a right to run the organization into the ground if they choose to. The issue is their revenue comes from the fans in one form or another. They have a responsibility NOT to run the organization into the ground because doing so will cause the fans to hurt their collective pocketbooks. Everyone has to answer to someone or something.. Even if you're a billionaire...

Meh, Jerry will long be in the grave before the bill comes due. Stephen? I am not so sure. The Networks are already ignoring Cowboys games in favor of Manning, while the national media seems to be eerily silent about anything Cowboys related right now. Still, its going to take a long time before the sting is felt in the Jones family.

any word on when they will pop the top on that secret sauce he has?

Yes, ole Stephen promised "Secret Sauce". I perceived that to mean offensive saucyness with 12 personnel package. Totally bogus. The offense has regreessed and Escobar and Hanna are complete no shows and Witten has slowed remarkably. Romo"s last 15 passes were directed to people not named Dez and Beasley is a little twerp that has no game. UGHHHHHH!!!!!

I understand that Mo is hurt, but IMO, he should just stay on the bench until he heals. He got burned at least 3 times yesterday. On two passes to Allen, and one pass to Royal. In his current condition, he's more of a liability than an asset.

Grow some onions and bench him. Promote somebody to take his place if he's injured or not smart enough or whatever.

I'm not aware of any other NFL owner that has their own radio show.

I'm also not aware of any other GM or VP of Player Personnel that have their own radio show.

Why hasn't the media ever asked Jerry (or Stephen) if they believe they would still have jobs at their respective positions if they were on another NFL franchise?

Somebody needs to call out Stephen Jones and tell them to step up operations... you know and do something like get a real general manager in here.

good call IMO - he should be benched IMO - or put IR and get the shoulder fixed or whatever needs to happen with the injury

I'm guessing the point you are trying to make is that you are unaware?

I don't like the management style of this organization...but stephen and jerry write the checks. They can call out whoever, whenever, and however they want.

You really think criticism is unjustified for these players? They get paid millions of dollars, and should perform as such.

What Jerry or Stephen do is no different than what the average NFL fan does online after their team loses - jump to conclusions they are largely unqualified to make.

Here's the thing about calling out Morris Claiborne. You have position coaches who are supposed to be coaching this guy up to have the best possible technique, a defensive coordinator who has instilled a scheme to maximize his potential to its fullest, and a head coach to make sure all these things come together according to plan.

If you believe all of the above are true, and Claiborne STILL isn't playing well, then we have a problem.

Then you have to ask yourself, well who decided to draft Claiborne in the first place? Who is in charge of selecting personnel for an organization that really hasn't been able to draft and develop a great cornerback in going on about 15 years now. At what point do the players stop being blamed and you start turning the mirror on yourself?

I'm not saying Claiborne is or isn't great. I've been terribly unimpressed by what I've seen, but I'd be even less impressed if I thought he was being put in the best position to succeed by this organization.

No, the point I am making is that, with any other team, the people in these positions are not out front with weekly radio shows.

It makes me wonder why they do it. It certainly isn't for the betterment of the team.
