Stephen: The team doesn't have a culture problem

Good players with quality coaching win games.

"Culture" is just a vague excuse.

Dallas doesn't have a culture problem, it has a roster problem. MM doesn't inspire confidence either.

If this team had an elite QB, and maybe another piece or two on defense, nobody would be talking about culture. Losers complain about culture, not winners.
I think most posters here are not suggesting there is a culture problem just on the field, but its starts in the front office.

Stephen Jones’ qualifications to be an NFL football executive started the night Daddy’s check cleared the bank in Feb, 1989. What could possibly go wrong with that organizational premise?
Seems to also have a lifetime position on the competition committee as well.

Holy Guacamole, please just answer the question. 2 minutes of babbling and misdirection.

'Phone a friend' is his final lifeline in order to get the right answer.

I bet he calls daddy.

He's toast.

- So there is no culture problem
- Dak is great
- Jerry is "all-in" every year

So basically we can expect more of the same in free agency and another early exit from the playoffs if they get in next season.
