Romo's week 16 game against the Colts is superior to every single game that Brady had last year. Both of their teams ended with the same record, so you cant use that either. The SB is a team accomplishment so you cant use that as a barometer of which QB played better. The Patriots had a better year than the Cowboys and the Packers, because their team won the SB. However the QB of the Patriots (Brady) did not perform better than the QB of the Cowboys (Romo) or the Packers (Rodgers). There is a reason Romo and Rodgers were All-pro, and Brady was not. There is a reason Romo and Rodgers both got more MVP votes than Brady.

I'm sorry, the colts game was GREAT! But it was not superior to every game Brady had last year.

Tony romo in the game against the Colts had a 90% completion rate only had 2 Incompletions with a 151 qbr 4 TDS and was 1 pass away from the all time nfl record for completion percentage in a game when he was pulled, and you're gonna tell me Brady had a better game than that because he lit up a Bears team that we smoked ourselves???? Executed well is a vast understatement when the guy was 1 pass away from an all time nfl record. I don't want to hear crap about Brady had a weaker O-Line and running game and all that bs because romo has dealt with that his entire career. So no I didn't bring up this example without knowing stats, the reason I brought it up is exactly because I knew the stats and the fact that game was better than anything Brady put up last year period. Brady is an all time great and a hall of fame first ballot, but he didn't play the qb position better than tony romo last year and there is no argument you can make that numbers will back up saying that he did. So back to the original topic yes I can compare 2014 tony romo to Brady, and can compare Rodgers to Brady as well because last year they were better than him. Again All-pro: Rodgers, Romo.
