So we are back to year 1 quality traits:

Leader and work ethic

Nothing about rocket arm, can you through his progressions, has impeccable footwork, protects the ball
Even funnier still is how Linehan was run outta town for his offense that protected Dak and his limited skillset with a dominant oline, a dynamic rookie RB and timely play action.

And now after 5 or so years and it's proven that a high volume Dak passing approach is NOT the way, AND everyone is begging for the offense to go back to how Linehan called it in the first place, lol!

All I got to say is "Good luck McCarthy, cuz you're sure gonna need it."

The fact that you have to say these things every year to try and convince people tells you there is a problem.

I also like how the follow up to him saying that is "Why?" lololololol

Please tell me the reporter asked him "Why?" lololol

90% of us is that reporter.
While I hate most of your opinions on the Cowboys, I must say I’m impressed with your use of grammar there, using ”is” instead of “are,” recognizing that 90% is the subject, not “us.”

"I've got all the faith in the world we can win this thing with Dak," Jones said from the scouting combine in Indianapolis."

Why?

"Because we know him. We know what he's about. His leadership skills are undeniable. Impeccable work ethic," Jones said. "Other than he hadn't won some key playoff games, he's everything you want in a quarterback. From the day he walked in the door, he's won a lot of games. We just got to get over the hump."

Prescott is set to count $49.2 million against the 2023 salary cap. He is signed through 2024. If the Cowboys restructure Prescott's contract this year, they can create up to $22 million in cap space. With an extension, they could create even more room.

"We've got to have a plan to ultimately extend Dak," Jones said.
the odds of the cowboys winning a championship with dak or any other qb are very slim. Jerry just isn’t a good enough GM.

Just 1 click, huh?
Chiefs have Mahomes and Dallas has Dak that put them 5 to 6 clicks behind. There's no comparison and this guy is talking about regular season games, it's about the Playoffs genius.
Wow another genius conclusion that we’d be better off with mahomes than dak. Lol

we agree. Dak isn’t good enough to win it all with Jerry the GM.

another genius conclusion by you.
Jerry isn't good enough to build a championship team and Dak isn't good enough to win it all. That's the genius conclusion.

It always makes me laugh when people claim hey we can with Dak if he just drives the bus. But that could be said for the majority of starting NFL quarterbacks!

You don't pay a QB to drive the bus. If a QB isn't a difference maker or is unable to make plays when required against good teams then you can't justify a huge contract because he's a company man that says the right things.

Sorrry, but Dak isn't elite. Doubt he could step onto the Chiefs and win a Super Bowl or any other team.
No he’s not elite.

plenty of non elite qbs win sbs.

That’s football 101 buddy. If you can’t even understand that this conversation is a waste.
