I am stunned by this. I was out of town all day at a magic show my brother-in-law was doing in the White Mountains. This guy was one of my very favorite QBs. His toughness was inspiring.

Police just released a statement saying McNair was shot multiple times while the woman was shot once in the head.

The pistol was found near her.

Both in the living room...McNair on a sofa, woman on the floor.

Witness said McNair showed up at the condo in the morning.

Autopsies tomorrow.

has all the telltale signs of McNair cheating on his wife, then wanting to stop and end the relationship, only to have her flip out and commit murder/suicide.

I'm just saying that's what it looks like, definitely not declaring it to be the case.

Two days ago, Nashville police arrested Kazemi on a DUI charge while driving a 2007 Escalade registered to her and McNair. McNair was in the front seat, but didn't break the law and was allowed to leave by taxi.


The arrest affidavit said Kazemi had bloodshot eyes and the smell of alcohol on her breath, but refused a breathalyzer test, saying "she was not drunk, she was high."

Kazemi is the 20 year old found dead with McNair.

This is unbearably sad, but I'm sorry, I had to laugh when I read the part of the report where the woman told the officer "I'm not drunk, I'm high"...

Like so many others in here, I always liked watching McNair play... I had on occasion said that I thought that Quincy Carter had the ability to be another McNair, but for the dope thing...
