Not sure what game you watched but Church was late and took a horrible angle on that Beckham TD. Not only that Jones was filling holes and making tackles in the run game. Aside from Lee and Brown Jones was one of our best players on defense

Don't worry, I watched the same game.

As for Church, I heard the report on the radio as well. That play should have gone for a first down only but both safeties, not just Church, misplayed it for a TD.

As I stated, Jones is a good GOOD player but he is no difference-maker. Not yet, anyway. As of today, I'd take Landon Collins over Jones.

You watched the game or heard it in the radio. I'm sorry but that was on Carr and Church. Can not blame Jones at all for that play. The LB (didn't see the number) was out if position as well

CowboysZone ULTIMATE Fan
Not to jump in here uninvited, but why do you take every opportunity, however gratuitous, to bash Dak? Is it to make yourself feel better because our FO did not do what you wanted and trade up to take Wentz? I am no Dak apologist, but he is our QB now and for many years to come, for better or worse. Yet, you'd still rather waste your energy calling out our own fans who are genuinely, even if somewhat unrealistically, excited about him as an MVP candidate. It is the worst kind of fan to want to be proven right at the expense of his own team's success.
Not everyone on this board is an actual Cowboys fan.

Learn to play at a high level in the cold then
:hammer:

So cold weather teams can play in the cold and heat. But the Cowboys can only play in warm weather lol. We need to work on this. Practice outside more, get some fire trucks to spray the field down and players down. Keep them wet and cold and the balls slippery.

On Carr? Only because he had coverage. Yes on the LB who did not get the drop deep enough or in position. Definitely on the safeties who are supposed to close and make the WR pay for coming across the middle. That includes Jones who was so far away he needed Uber to get close enough to be in on the play.

I guess we all see what we want to see.

Sidenote: Maybe the team truly misses Wilcox. [Shudder]

That was Carr and Church responsibility. Jones wasn't even in the area
