Interesting reading the legal document.


On the surface it sounds like Hester has a good case. This could be a very big deal for A&E.

I thought it was interesting that Hester was suppose to receive $25,000 per episode.

And you knew Hester would be the one doing this. I think the part of him being a colossal horse's rear end may be the only thing in this show not faked...

He was fine with the money and notoriety, but he was asking for more money...

No one comes out of this looking very honest...

Doesn't everyone know that all reality tv shows today are salted up? Hell, most are outright written well before the cameras come out.

Oh no question.

There were murmurs before last season about him not being happy with the amount he was getting per episode.

BUT, I gotta believe what he's claiming in his legal doc is true.

Which is fine.

They just need to say something to that affect at the beginning of the show, like they do for the Tru-TV shows.

"Storage Wars" could end up getting a big 'wrist-slap' over this.

The thing about the Dave Hester character is that the show needed a "bad guy" and he fit the bill nicely. He was easy to hate.

Now it seems Mark Balelo is going to be the "bad guy" of the show. He just strikes me as "wierd".

Probably the beginning of the end of the run of the show.

I laughed so hard when the black lady "ripped" a door off a car. There was no wiring or hinges connecting the door to the car. :laugh1:
